Caroline Tyrwhitt is an NLP trainer and a Personal Care Institute accredited health and wellbeing coach, and most importantly a recovering yo-yo dieter!

I learned to diet as a teenager from my mum, and regularly went on the latest fad diet. This wasn’t a problem until I hit my forties and was working as a leader in education. At that point, work overwhelm, unregistered impacts of ageing and my daily habits caused me to steadily gain weight, and I had neither energy nor motivation to go on a diet again.

It was only when I started to study neurolinguistic programming (NLP) that I questioned dieting and realised there had to be a different way. Using NLP, I undid my food programming – those triggers, habits and self-talk that had led to my weight yo-yoing.

I have combined what I learned from my own experience and from helping other women since into The Mindset Diet, which is my signature coaching and training programme. I was excited to share my tools and techniques in my book of the same name. And now I am proud to launch The Mindset Diet Academy.

My first digital course complements my book and will help you overcome the problem that is food cravings, so that you can stick to your eating plans and be more consistent in your eating patterns so that you can sustain your weight loss.
